Healing
Healing Isn’t What People Think
People talk about healing as if it’s strength or progress. But inside, it often feels like uncertainty, exhaustion, and quiet survival. This is what healing has really looked like for me.
Healing isn’t a straight line or a return to who you were. It’s the slow, emotional, often unseen work of putting yourself back together — physically and mentally. This is where I write about the quieter realities of healing, not the version people imagine.
