About this site
Life Rewritten is a quiet place for writing about change.
It began as a way to make sense of illness, recovery, and the long, uneven process of adjusting to a life that no longer looks the way it once did. Over time, it has become a space to reflect on healing, rebuilding, and the small supports — including technology — that can make difficult periods more manageable.
This isn’t a guide or a set of answers. There’s no programme to follow and no schedule to keep up with. The writing here is personal, reflective, and occasional — shared when there’s something worth saying.
Most of the content is public. If you choose to subscribe, you’ll receive emails when new posts are published. They’re infrequent, lightweight, and always optional.
